When should I place my order?
Please place your order by the last day of the month to receive delivery the following month. Example: order by April 30th, delivery in May.
What comes in each box?
Each box includes 3-4 chef-selected flavors. Flavors rotate and are always a surprise
When do subscriptions deliver?
Delivery takes place during the second full week of every month. You'll receive an email confirmation once your macarons on the way, and another one when delivery is completed.
How are macarons delivered?
Your macarons will be delivered to your doorstep in a gift bag. In the summer months we will include ice packs.
What if I'm out of town?
Just let us know ahead of time and we'll reschedule your delivery.
How should I store my macarons?
Macarons should be kept frozen. (Not refrigerated) . Remove them about 10 minutes before enjoying for the best texture and flavor. Do not leave them on the counter overnight.
Do you offer macarons for events or larger orders?
Yes. We accept orders for larger events and private gatherings. Please contact us for availability and details.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Subscriptions may be cancelled or paused at any time through the Subscription Management link on our website.
